Good food nice staff. Clean place. Solid food choice in Rawlins!
Large portions! I haven't finished a meal yet. Beers are cold and a very good selection. -

THE WORST RESTAURANT IVE EVER DINED IN!!!!
I am originally from Hawaii visiting in laws and we decided to eat here as a second option as the ANONGS restaurant was closed. It would definitely fool anyone who aren't locals to the Rawlins town or Wyoming for that matter, as it looked pretty stunning both in and outside of the establishment. There were no greetings from front desk and I thought nothing of it but to someone from Hawaii well let's just say that was a huge bad first impression. We are seated and given huge obnoxious size menus that had too many on there to even focus on what to get-
My mother in law and husband decided to get a burger and fries while I felt adventurous and decided to try the "COWBOY SPAGHETTI." Anyways, I was given a salad as a side order and it came well before my meal. Very plain and unappealing to the eye, felt like something I could've done at home for free! We finally got our meals and was sad to see that my spaghetti felt like something was missing! My spaghetti came with meat, beans spaghetti oh and OIL! Now the spaghetti that I'm used to are ones with actual sauce on them. The bread, which I'm going to assume was the garlic bread just had oil absorbed in. I had one bite and just as I thought.. meh let's just try it, yep just what I thought. TASTELESS! Now you might think gee this woman seems so angry over one meal why not ask to change well to answer you, not only did the meal I got was terrible THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EVEN WORST! My mother in law brought it up to the front desk about the meal and she simply shrugged it off and said "WELL ITS THE MOST RECOMMENDED ONE HERE" with sarcasm that really pissed me off! Not once did anyone apologize, offer something else or even actively try to fix it. With that being said-
My mother in law ordered for her burger not to have jalapeños in her burger with regular fries and my husband was ok with his the way it came with sweet potato fries. When the waitress gave them their burgers she gave them the wrong ones so my mother in law switched them the waitress saw this and told my mother in law "WELL YOU NEED TO SWITCH BURGERS THEN CAUSE ONE HAS JALAPEÑOS AND THE OTHER DOESN'T" what if someone had a food allergy she was just gonna let that go?!!!
GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT EATING HERE YOU'LL NEED IT! -

Horrible experience. Let me explain....
It's Father's Day, nine folks in our party, five of them are children. It took a substantial amount of time for the first round of food to come out, mind you the place is NOT hoppin'. With a seven year old boy, time is not on our side. 3 of our party got fed, ten minutes later 3 more got fed (including me). I ordered pizza. I was notified that the first pizza they cooked was burned and had to cook another one. Well, they missed the mark on that one. It was raw. Didn't eat much of that. The worst part is the seven year old didn't get his wings for another 15 minutes. The two youngest in our party were without food for 30 minutes while others ate. One of the other adults did not get his side salad. He requested it be taken off the bill. Instead we were told that $10 would be taken off of our bills. Nice gesture, theoretically. When the bills came, we were notified $5 was taken from each of the bills, a total of $10. What a joke. I hope it was worth it. We will not be back. Really sad for a RAWLINS resident, knowing the very few options we have for food in this town to refuse to return to one of the only burger joints in town. I'm sure Cappys will enjoy our money. -

We drove 14 hours straight to bucks for our only meal of the day. It was great as it's been in the past. I've stopped here a few times over the years and it's always warm and tasty. The southwest egg rolls were amazing! Best egg roll ever! Burgers are always great. The only negative comment would be three beers I asked for were out and the new burger I wanted with raspberry sauce was also not available. But what I did get was great.

Was a little uncertain coming here based on the reviews, especially the one by the dude that road kill raccoon seemed better than his salad. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Raccoon guy may have had an off night for them. The inside is decked out with all kinds of stuff (See pics). Menus are gigantic which is funny in the way it is meant to be, menu is quite extensive. Service was very, very good.
I got the chili cheese dog with cucumber salad, my 14yo got the BLT with 2 fried eggs on it and fries, 11yo got the El Chapo (basically a Cuban sandwich on a hamburger bun). All were very good. Fries were very tasty and the pork on the Cuban was actually very good (Seems restaurants easily mess up pulled pork). Will come back to try some other stuff out as I pass through Rawlins every month or so.
